Reliability Engineer

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years reliabilityexperience Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools and designs Ability to complete failure mode effects analysis, cause and effect diagram, root cause failure analysis, life cycle costing and risk analysis Ability to research and apply new equipment technology and trends Strong familiarity with Infor EAM, Maximo, SAP or a similar Computerized Maintenance Management System with 4+ years working to utilize data analysis to drive reliability in facilities maintenance programs Knowledge of maintenance programs, policies and procedures Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability Proficiency in MS Office products and extensive experience with excel spreadsheets Proven written and verbal communication skills Experience utilizing Preventive Maintenance scheduling, work orders, spare parts and risk management modules of a CMMS package Ability to travel 25% Job Code/Title E1594:Reliability Engineer Stf Job Description This role is for a Staff Level position in the RMS Maintenance Center of Excellence with a direct responsibility to create and drive asset reliability while reducing risks and costs at all sites across the RMS business. As part of this role the employee will work with the RMS Maintenance Strategy Team to define the Maintenance and Reliability Roadmap 2-3 years into the future and be a primary driver behind its delivery. This will include: Leading Asset Management improvement programs in areas of responsibility such as: Asset criticality Identification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Asset Condition Auditing, Preventive and Condition Maintenance Programs, Predictive Strategies, and Asset Refurbishment/Obsolescence Plan. Developing and improving equipment risk assessment techniques for prioritization of resources and how they are managed. Lead risk assessments as needed Guiding the organization on how to improve its functionality including spare parts management, planning/scheduling, and training/certification Reducing waste and improving maintenance work wherever feasible; ensuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost Developing and/or improving current methodologies and work practices as they relate to Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Reviewing data and information to transition time-based maintenance into Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and/or Reliability Centered Maintenance Developing KPI's, compile/analyze/report data, recognize/implement changes for improvement, related to Equipment Reliability Scout, assess and implement new IOT technologies (e.g. remote vibration sensing) to assist with Condition Based Maintenance Develop standardized processes to influence new construction and equipment purchases including materials, equipment and spare parts. Develop strategic roadmap for CMMS integration with external peripherals such as IOT sensors, building management system data bases, condition tooling software, etc. to drive data capture for real time alert analytics and big data historical analytic initiatives Super user and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the CMMS system operation. Provide training to site administrators and users as required Working and leading cross functional teams to share best practices and develop and drive measurable improvements in equipment reliability and resource optimization Driving cost reduction initiatives across the business Desired skills Experience with data trend analysis, vibration analysis, motor current analysis, oil analysis, lubrication and hydraulic testing, laser alignment, nondestructive testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound technology, acoustic reliability technology, Weibull analysis, and Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies Knowledge of report writing and tools used for work order analysis 2 year degree or professional training in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
