Director, LDC Project Management

Director, LDC Project Management General Description of Position: The Director of LDC Program Management is responsible for complete management and development of the project management team. This will include the overall coordination, assignment and business development of the current and future client base to ensure that the business unit maintains and sustains appropriate compliance and financial targets. The basic objective is to complete these projects to the client's satisfaction, consistent with cost, schedule, and contractual requirements to maximize financial objectives. In the proposal phase, the incumbent works closely with Business Development, evaluating the inquiry and interpreting the client's requirements. This will also include the development and expansion of the project team as the business dictates. Essential Functions of Position: Responsible for all phases of planning and execution on major (mega) engineering, procurement, and construction projects or group of related single projects. Serves as the unifying agent accomplishing direction, coordination, and control of the overall program and projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Serves as the liaison with the owner on all project matters. May manage and coordinate domestic, as well as international multiple projects, alliances, and joint ventures. Supervises project personnel through other project managers or subordinate leaders. Will direct the proposal effort for large, multi-faceted projects. Manage key accounts to achieve revenue growth Lead key and strategic client calls and contribute to the exchange of information about activities with those clients using internal tools including CRM and SharePoint Work to ensure supporting fact sheets, white papers, blog posts, and other lead development and thought leader activities are accurate and timely delivered Provide senior leadership to the LDC Group, demonstrating vision, experience and maturity. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
