Overview
Seko Logistics, an industry leader in Supply Chain Management, is seeking to fill a full-time Import Coordinator position at its Liverpool, NY location. The successful applicant for this position will become a member of engaging problem-solvers who are dedicated to delivering new and innovative solutions to meet customer needs
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this specialized position include:
Submitting, Processing and Transmitting Customs Entries and other filings
Monitoring, Tracking and Updating Systems
Communicating with Customers on Shipments
Documentation Preparation
Input Billing Charges
Qualifications
The successful candidate for this position will possess high integrity, a Bachelor's Degree and have experience and/or strong interest in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation. A minimum of four years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required as are: excellent communications and people skills. Experience in Import Logistics including Customs Brokerage & Transportation is preferred. Self-motivation and strong detail orientation as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities throughout the day are also preferred skills for this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
