MEP Drafter / Designer
Our client in Syracuse, NY has multiple MEP Drafter / Designer openings available for a 3-6 month project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a well-respected and established growing company!
Key duties include:
Work directly with engineering staff to produce drawings and bills of material from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions.
Prepares P&IDs, equipment and general layout arrangements in AutoCAD. Revise existing drawings using AutoCAD from marked up drawings or sketches.
Create piping plans, develops 2D and 3D piping layout drawings and corresponding isometric drawings.
Requirements include:

years of experience as an MEP Drafter / Designer with a high level of proficiency with AutoCAD and a strong process-mechanical aptitude
Experience using Revit 2014 and AutoCAD MEP 2014
Experience with CADWorx P&ID, COADE/CADWorx Plant 3, and doing Smart P&ID's is a very strong plus!
