Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Professionals Incorporated is looking to hire a 2rd Shift Production Supervisor in the Syracuse NY area.
This is a direct hire position.
Duties of the Production Supervisor:
Oversee all 2nd shift employees ensuring safety and efficiency of team members
Act as a hands-on member of the production team, do quality checks, ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facility
Plan and direct work activities, requiring Kaizen principles
Train, develop, counsel and mentor employees
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred, however an Associates degree and years of experience will also be considered
Previous supervisory experience within a machining manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and aptitude to learn manufacturing softwareEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
