We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join them.
This direct hire entry-level sales role offers opportunities for growth and development in the field of customer service and sales.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and manage customer quotes and orders.
Provide regular updates on order statuses and manage customer expectations.
Assist the Customer Service and Sales Representative teams with administrative tasks.
Maintain customer records in the ERP system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, customer-centric approach.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
Customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
