Responsibilities:
Devise and implement tailored short and long-term continuous improvement and process enhancement programs, addressing the specific needs of each client.
Act as a Trusted Advisor to the client's Senior Management, offering strategic guidance to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that bolster continuous improvement and foster innovation within their business processes.
Provide support to marketing and sales endeavors aimed at expanding the client base for future endeavors.
Maintain up-to-date client information databases, meticulously recording all client interactions, and contribute to necessary reporting requirements.
Craft comprehensive proposals outlining project deliverables for clients, encompassing continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
Analyze and oversee a portfolio of program offerings that align with the Center's strategic objectives.
Identify opportunities for new programs, assess their feasibility (client demand and financial viability), develop efficient delivery mechanisms, and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to promote and implement these programs.
