This position will assist with the leadership and direction of Raymour's Finance organization. The Director of Finance Process Transformation role is responsible for developing and managing key strategic projects and operational initiatives across all areas of Finance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader experienced in Accounting or Finance with a technical background, passionate about change leadership, possesses a track record of leading high impact, cross-functional projects that deliver results and continuous process improvement. The role will directly be supported by the CFO. This role will also be responsible for leading the new ERP implementation project for finance as well as assisting in the execution of a new ERP System set up. Essential
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to drive and implement finance process optimization and improvements that contribute to a positive associate experience. Key requirements include working with the various teams to define their as-is states/processes, and be a champion of driving a consistent, improved technology driven future state across the teams. Assist in the implementation of department initiatives Apply technical skills to develop, implement enhancements or trouble shoot some of the team's tools, such as MRI, BNA, ProLease, SAS, Tableau, ERP System and other software solutions Manage the new ERP implementation project for finance as well as assist in execution of ERP set up Develop and implement process improvements and controls for key risk areas such as in the areas of Order to Cash, Record to Report and Source to Pay Develop and implement training plans and change management process as it relates to the new ERP system including training and communications for the group as a whole. Rollout and adoption of the broad capabilities of various technology tools such as increasing utilization of Tableau Report Writing throughout Finance to improve operational reporting Provide strategic recommendations to the finance organization on best practices for internal controls, policies, processes and procedures, and relevant training. Works with CFO to assess and prioritize ideas and ensure clear timing and ownership is established for all projects pursued Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Services, or Business Management. MBA a plus Required skills and
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible management of accounting, finance process improvements, financial and data analysis, or planning Certified Public Accountant preferred Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and systems of internal accounting controls. SOX experience a plus Experienced in Finance Transformation and experienced user and developer of financial systems and analytical tools Strong understanding of SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Infor or Oracle Fusion ERP systems Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects at the same time as well as internal team dynamics Subject matter expert in financial business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report and a strong and up-to date knowledge of strategic finance best practices Working knowledge of Tableau or similar Business Intelligent tools a plus Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a continuous improvement mindset Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to implement change and drive initiatives and projects to desired outcome Ability to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions to a wide range of individuals and raise issues to peer and senior team members Project management experience, problem-solving skills and an ability to find creative solutions. Comfortable managing projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing). Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and flexibility to change. Exercise independent judgment and demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team across all levels, achieve results, challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions Ability to analyze financial data, reports, and documents. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
